24th

On the twenty fourth the family got together and had a BBQ. It was so much fun! Misty and the boys came down earlier and Aj and Aaron played in their pool, even I joined! Then the rest of the family came down! We all had so much fun!

Rodeo

Yesterday the family went to the Rodeo over in Spanish Fork! Everyone got to invite a friend so I invited my friend Kandas. It was so much fun!

This year at girl's camp, the theme was "It's a Jungle Out There". We were toucans! On the drive up Cathy's car broke down so we stopped at Payson Lakes to let the car cool down. While we were waiting Janessa, Me, and Haylee decided we should walk around the whole lake, well during our journey we got a little lost. We had taken the wrong trail, and we were gone for an hour and a half! Wow! Luckily these rangers helped us get back. When we got to girls camp it was fun setting up me,Janessa, and Haylee scooted our beds together to make one big bed. It turned out kinda nice except for when the night came Janessa kept attacking me in her sleep, but it was fun! Every night we stayed up till like 2 or 3 in the morning playing games! Girls camp was fun this year, and next year I'll be a YCL.

Girls Camp Singin' in the Rain

After I went to Denise's youth conference, I stayed at her house for another week so that I could go to her girls camp the next week. I went last year and they wanted me to go with them again this year. Their stake's theme for this year was musicals, and their ward was Singin' in the Rain! This year was so much funner than last year. We had to do a skit and we just did different scenes from the movie! It was a lot of fun to do. I was the tennis model.

During certification we got into this water fight with all the other wards. We got to use water balloons, squirt guns, and silly string! We all got soaking wet. After the water fight we had to go to our aid stations and get our "wounds" taken care of. That's how we got our first aid certification. Since I was a fourth year I got to choose what hike I wanted to go on. I chose to go on the first year hike. It was fun, it was like 3 miles long! Cleo and I had fun messing around!

They did a shortened version of the musical Women at the Well, it was cool, Denise was in it and she did awesome. I had a freakin' blast and I'm glad I got to go againKate laughing at Cleo, Lily, and me doing 'See no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil'.

Youth conference

A couple weeks ago I got to go to Denise's ward's youth conference. It was so much fun! We went river rafting down the Green River, it was my first time river rafting and I loved it so much. I got to get to know the girls in her ward a little bit better. We also played volleyball! It was fun, except for when the ball got hit into the water and I decided to jump in after it with a WHITE shirt on! Ya not my brightest idea. One day after lunch some girls were like going up stream a little ways and then like going out into the water and drifting back to camp, anyways so Cleo and I decided to try it. It was fun! Our first like three tries we didn't swim out far enough so we hit these rocks, ya it pretty much hurt,but it was loads of fun! I am glad I got the chance to go!
