Education Week!

This year I got to go to Ed. Week with Cathy, again! It was a lot of fun! I didn't want to go to classes by myself, so I just went to all of Cathy's classes with her! They were good! My favorite teacher was Brother Robley! He was so funny, and he was a good teacher! The other teachers were good too! One of my favorite classes was a MUSIC one taught by Brother Robley! Music is something I have a hard time with, cause I don't always listen to the BEST music ever, but ya, it was really good that I was there to hear it! Then one of my other favorite classes was about Morality! It was good also! I learned that I can ONLY go 25 miles an hour! NO FURTHER!!! :) anyways I had a lot of fun! Can't wait 'till next year!

M.A.S.H (mighty armies serving heaven)

K so this was like last month but I just barely got pictures from Julie, so I am gonna blog about it! So anyways, this year for girls camp in my ward the theme was M.A.S.H! It was so much fun! I love camo! So I really liked the theme! We made pillow cases, headbands and pajama pants! They were amazing! Well this year we had a lot of new little beehives and I thought it was gonna be HORRIBLE! But it actually was TONS and TONS of fun! They were all so much fun to be around! It was really GREAT getting to know them and to grow closer to MOST of the other girls! This year was my first year that EVERYONE was BUDDIES together! It was AWESOME! Me and the BEEHIVES stayed up till like 4:00 am the first night and it was a BLAST! Everyone else was PARTY POOPERS and went to bed, but me and the beehives had so much fun! I got to know them really well! Well we played a ton of games. My favorite was HUMAN BATTLE SHIP! And my other one was, I don't know what it's called so I am gonna make up a name, The bag in the middle game! That's probably NOT it, but oh well! It was a lot of fun! Well there was this other game that we played,but I hated it, because I got ran over by Katelin Gonzales and half of my face like SWELLED up soo BAD! It sucked! Then on this hike we went on I got something in the same EYE and it hurt really bad and SWELLED up more! YA not what I was looking forward to, but what can ya do? So ya the second day was kinda CRAPPY for me, but I still had a little fun...I guess! :) Anyways I can't wait till next year!

Sleep Over!

Yesterday I got to go to Savannah's house and have a sleep over! It was lots of fun! We did a lot of SHOPPING!!! And we played dance dance revolution! I kinda sucked at it, but Savannah was good! Well I had a lot of fun! Can't wait till our next one! By the way we planned the whole LOOK A LIKE thing!! :)

Especially For Youth 2009

This year I got to go to EFY up in Ogden! It was so much FUN!!! I loved it! I made so many new friends and got to know my counselors really good!! My counselors were the best! My little groups counselor was Elise, and Clarissa and James were the other little groups counselors! I got to go with Brayden, Caleb, and Aubrey, and it was so much fun! I think Brayden and Caleb were probably ANNOYED by me and Aubrey on the ride to and from EFY everyday, cause we would just talk the whole time! :) I was so HAPPY this year though, cause I had Brayden and Aubrey in my group. So I knew people! But I became friends with TONS of people from my group anyways. There was this kid in my group from ITALY!! He was my favorite just because he was from ITALY, my favorite place in the world. He spoke Italian really good! It was AMAZING!!! He was also a pretty good singer! His name was Connor! He was way TAN! We also had a girl from Pennsylvania in our group, and kids from Arizona, Nevada, and Idaho! It was way cool that they would travel so far just to go to EFY! They are AMAZING! So anyways me and Aubrey made up some NICKNAMES for some people in my group and they were AWESOME if I do say so myself!!! My nicknames were LARRY, BETTY, and KOO KOO! Aubrey's was BOBBY!, Dustin's was DOO DOO!, Brayden's was SLIM JIM! , Caleb's was LEOPLURADON... LEO for short! , Chelsea's was FABIO! and ya we made one up for everyone but I just don't want to type them all so you get the point though, right? Anyways so the dances were so much FUN!!! I LOVED them! I got to dance with some pretty cute kids from like all over the world!!! PRETTY AMAZING, I know! There were so MANY cute kids in my group too! But the games were so much fun too! We played tons of games during like FREE TIME and stuff, only I only had FREE TIME for one of the days, cause I was in the MUSICAL PROGRAM with all of my BUDDIES so we were always practicing songs during FREE TIME, and LUNCH but it was fun! We also had some REALLY GOOD classes! I learned so much and there wasn't one class that I went to that I didn't need to hear at least one thing! There was this one teacher, his name was Brother McBride, and he was AMAZING! He was such a good teacher! He is like a under cover cop and so he shared like some experiences he has seen and stuff and every time he would make me CRY! And he was one of the police men that helped with 9-11! So ya! But he was way good! My testimony got strengthened so much up there, it was AMAZING! The spirit was so strong, I can't tell you how many times I cried...A LOT!! But my favorite part was the half hour of scripture study we got each night, I mean it felt good doing it. When I'm at home I never feel like I have enough time, or I just get LAZY! So I usually don't end up doing it, but this past week at EFY I did it every night. I LOVED it! I am gonna try harder to keep doing it every night even while I'm home! So I had a lot of EMBARRASSING moments! It was sad! But at least people laughed! The last day, we had another dance, and it was way fun! We did this one dance thing where you had to jump up and down for 3 WHOLE songs in a row! HOLY COW!! Talk about a nice calf workout!!! I was dying! I only made it 2 and a half songs before I just couldn't do it any more! But my calf's still hurt! So because of the SWINE FLU, we couldn't LINK arms when we were being escorted to things, INSTEAD we had to just touch ELBOWS! It was kinda lame, but we had fun with it! But anyways after the dance on the last day I went on a date with this kid from my group! It was fun, we got a HUGE group together and went out for ICE CREAM, and then just played games and stuff! It was fun, but we were out REALLY LATE! I was so tired on the ride home the next day, and I almost fell asleep while I was babysitting, cause I had to baby sit when I got home! But ya! So that was my EFY experience! I had a BLAST!!!! I want to go to the same place next year! I can't wait!
